“These are the only products I use when dying my hair! I have beached my hair for years and these colours are by best the far I have ever used. My mum is a hairdresser which helps but the shade of Ash I get is far better then any from the chemist or shop I have gone to.”

“Extremely disappointed with lack of useful info, or warnings. The colour I bought was light brown , but was many shades darker. the tips you have on putting it on yourself just show someone with long hair. What about something for people with shorter hair? It stains - a lot. I have marks I cannot remove from basin. I assume this review will not appear as its not positive. but youi need to know you do not service older women with grey hair they need to cover. What about more tips on how to deal with the back of your head? how to avoid spillage? how to choose the correct colour?”

“From the start I was super impressed with Shade, so that I got my daughter using it. We are fussy hair people! The colours are fantastic but also leaves my hair softer and shinier than I've had with other brands used by my hairdressers. Great quality, great service. The photo was not staged. This colour is about 10 days old.”

“Love the packaging and delivery. Fantastic concept. a couple of things I'm not keen on, difficult to contact someone - a chat box would be ideal. Doesn't cover greys or my roots very well. And I can't find how to pause or cancel my subscription. I hate that.”

“For some reason my Shade colour Was a lot darker this time.... my hair was blondish and it turned out quite a dark brown. This has never happened before. Might have to try light ash blonde instead.”

“Seriously folks, stop wasting your time & money either going to the salon or buying cheap dye kits from the supermarket that just leave you with substandard results. As soon as I look in the mirror & see regrowth, my "The Shade" box arrives in my letterbox. The results are nothing short of outstanding & I don't even have to leave my house!”

“I absolutely love your products. The colour is amazing and It's so simple to use. I often colour my own hair and I don't have any issues. My only wish is that the colour removal sheet would either be larger or more than one would be supplied. I would be happy to pay a little extra for it also. Otherwise, your product is amazing. Highly recommend it.”
