Awful company!! Keen to get salesman out & gave us 25% off immediately but despite promising our invoice etc, I had to call 5 times to get this. Then, despite having a fitting date booked, I got a text less than 48 hours before from fitter who blamed office for the reason to cancel saying they’d only just let him know. This was a total lie & he knew our blinds hadn’t even been order some 2 weeks prior to letting us know. Called them multiple times but despite promising to call back, they didn’t. We were looking at a date of at least 10 weeks after placing order & even then, they couldn’t guarantee so demanded a manager call to rectify. Multiple calls again later, we were still no further forward so cancelled order. Truly dreadful company who I would give no stars to if there was this option & they were charging us thousands of pounds to treat us this way. Wish I’d read the reviews before we had to experience this. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE EARTH, CHARGE YOU THE EARTH THEN SIMPLY LET YOU DOWN AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY.

Ordered curtains for the whole flat in March 2021 with a fitting date of 15/6. On that day, no fitter. After I called them they told me that the curtains had not been sent to the fitter. Since that time I have had to call them four times for updates and new fitting date…… nothing! No calls returned even though promised. I shall cancel this order and go through the small claims court for return of my 50% deposit. £2500. NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please don’t buy we were told that if we ever needed them taken down for new windows or move and they will fit, they can arrange removal and refix. I phoned this morning to be told that they cannot do this. So if my husband can’t sort wasted £100 of pounds. Moral of story buy from a local independent where service does matter!

I was very disappointed with the service I received, I took time off work to come home for the appointment at 2pm when I got a phone call from Mike saying he was running late as he was covering blackpool and would be there till around 2.30, I said no problem I need to leave to pick my special needs child up at 3pm will that be enough time to measure? to which he replied no, i lives local and can come Sunday 🤷‍♂️ We have special needs kids time is precious. Sunday is family day, this was a complete waste of time and energy very disappointed Paul Spencer (Halsall) Book an appointment with Perfect shutters aintree the show up on time with no bs.

Big on getting their salesman out to visit you but unable to provide installation in acceptable time scale. If you can’t provide the service don’t keep taking orders. Promises of being contacted within 72 hours never transpired and had to be phoning them for any information about measurements appointment. My advice is go elsewhere unless you are happy to wait months before the product is installed.

Possibly my worst shopping experience, they fail on many levels. The product is good, made in the UK too but the lack of customer service and tedious installation process has left me tearing my hair out. Such a shame as to be able to order blinds made in Coventry was a significant decider. To detail each failure would send me to sleep, but suffice to say they don't call back when requested, are poor at communicating, do not respond to email requests, fail to turn up on installation appointments... I just only hope I don't have any issues with the blinds that have been installed.

Appauling service received from Thomas Sanderson. Ordered black out roman blinds in November 2020, they were installed a couple of months later, each were a couple of inches too small and not straight, so kept no light out of the room. We were obviously unhappy so complained and the fitter agreed. The manager came to view and also agreed. Remeasured and ordered new blinds. The next ones arrives without any black out lining so a new order was placed again. I have had to chase each week (despite them already being made and in the lock up) for someone to come and fix these blinds. Bear in mind, the blind cords have not been secured to the wall since initial install! These blinds are in my baby's room who wasn't mobile a few months ago. He is now mobile and it is completely illegal to leave them unattached anyway. The manager had also seen them unattached and said to the fitter to attach them when he returned the week later with the new blinds. This did not happen. It's been another few months (of chasing each week) and they came out with the wrong blinds and no black out backing. I have been ringing and chasing since, only now that I rang and told them the chain is still loose have they sent someone out. He came out with the new blinds yesterday, one is the completely wrong blind, the other is still too small so can see all the metal connections at the top. He said it will be raised with management again, I put the blind down in my baby's room last night before bed, it came out of the metal connections so is hanging by one connection at the top. Rung Thomas sanderson this morning, once again waiting for a manager to call. Their service has been unsafe, illegal and completely unacceptable.

Still waiting after first complaining on March 24th. Had excuse after excuse why nobody has been to look. Finally a" service engineer" came out 2 weeks ago and said that he would report back to his manager who would definitely ring me..probably that afternoon but he ( service engineer) would ring by Friday.... nothing! Rang customer service today to be told there is nothing on record for any action. Nearly 12 weeks now since my complaint. They just don't care. Appalling service. Don't buy from this joke of a company.

Shopped at the Greenford branch, appalling service. The manager luke wouldn’t come out even after we requested, they sent a colleague who was a team leader who was hopeless. All this over a lady cutting my fabric incorrectly. I asked for 9 yards, which is 9m but I was given 90” which is a joke, a joker of a manager and a joke of a team.

Ordered shutters in February ,still waiting to be fitted. Terrible customer service.wont ever buy from thomas sandersons or recommend to any one ever again .

This is the by far the worst Company I have dealt with - they came to quote on a Skylight Blind on the 23d of March 2021 - I was told once I paid the deposit the fitter would be with us in 72 hours, this took a further 10 days and when he did arrive he was without a ladder the basic of tools to measure the Skylight, we re booked a further fitter to arrive which took a week later and for me to make all of the calls! this fitter never turned up and when I called Thomas Sanderson they said the height was to high and THEY wished to cancel the order - Breach of Contract - DO NOT USE OR RECCOMEND THOMAS SANDERSON - Even after spending over £8000 with them in the last five years, this accounts for nothing - appalling service from start to finish. Still awaiting a refund and follow-up since the 16th of April Mr Paul Whittle

Avoid at all cost. Ended up getting refund after 9 months of nothing. Customer services are bad. Customer contact is non existent and as for a 4 week promise, they can’t return a phone call in that time. John Lewis are half the price.

Paid half as deposit on " bespoke" curtains. They were appalling! Uneven along the bottom. Pencil pleats were non existent. Weight in bottom didn't hold curtains straight. Pattern didn' t match from one curtain to the other. There were faults in one curtain. The curtains don't meet . Complained to their rep . She was horrifid and told customer service . When I rang them a rude girl shouted down the phone denying my rights and saying they will make some more curtains. I asked for someone to come and look at the dreadful curtains to which she eventually agreed. Watch this space......

I wouldn’t go near this company, ever. Bought a property with their blinds fitted already for a not inconsiderable sum (the receipt was with the papers) but to clean behind the blinds requires a “slide tensioner handle” which the previous owners did not leave/have lost. Emailed customer services to be told that the latest design doesn’t require this tool, so “sorry we are unable to help on this occassion” (sic). Don’t waste your money as, when they next upgrade their design, your blinds will be unserviceable.

Good product, but oh my, could their customer service and support system be any worse... I've personally lurched from one disappointing situation to another with them. Their Trustpilot reviews look overall good, but to be expected when reviews on this system are by invitation only... I can imagine overall they only invite the happy customers to leave reviews. For the cost of the product you'd expect much much more and don't expect a response to emails within 48 hours despite being advised this is the best way to contact them...

I have made used this company several times and their fittings have been good. However I now need repairs and cannot get any help from them; this is not what I expect from a reputable company.

The initial blinds that we paid £0000s for were great, service was fine, all was good. Then one of the blinds broke, these things happen. We were in warrenty so I rang up and all was fine. Someone came out to look at the blind, ordered parts and was due to come back. Someone else came back to fix a few weeks later but it needed restringed and was sent away mid sept 2020. Down hill at fast speed from there. Over the next 6-8 weeks I had to chase them no less than 5 times to see where my blind was. Turns out (eventually) that they had lost the blind! We were told countless story’s from its the reps fault, to its the manufacturers fault, to they have discontinued the blind and are looking for left over material, to the really convenient excuse of Covid. I am very reasonable, and patient, and completely understand the strains of the current climate so the loss of the blind I wasn’t annoyed at. The lack of customer service and communication was and is STILL my biggest bug bear. I have asked for repeated confirmation of what steps are being taken only to never have anyone ring me back! After spending £0000s on blinds it really leaves a distaste. My new blind was due to be installed finally last week and no one turned up. Understandably the recent lockdown may have played a part......but guess what I’m now really p*****d at?? No phone call to cancel at all. No contact AGAIN. If I am ever able to get my replacement blind in (by the way is my bedroom, great for privacy!!!!!) I will in future NEVER have Thomas Sanderson step foot in my house again!!!!!

Terrible customer service, over priced and no communication between personal, i am having to constantly chase. Have had 3 installers who can not get the job done!! Been over 1 year now. Work still outstanding, they keep coming back to tell me things I already know. Their systems are never updated so parts never get ordered.. I have taken off multiple days from work to be at home for when they come only to be left disappointed as yet again the installer didn't have full job details.. I am utterly fed up.. my job is valued at over 10k..and the blinds do not function as required.. the app needs updating.. for a company that is supposed to be high end.. I would never recommend them
