I was very disappointed with the service I received, I took time off work to come home for the appointment at 2pm when I got a phone call from Mike saying he was running late as he was covering blackpool and would be there till around 2.30, I said no problem I need to leave to pick my special needs child up at 3pm will that be enough time to measure? to which he replied no, i lives local and can come Sunday 🤷‍♂️ We have special needs kids time is precious.
