No point emailing them they don’t reply went into branch to try and get help ordering house sign online just said to me it’s in the leaflet .no help there

took my car key to Exeter Morrisons branch - all i needed was to replace the key shell costing £35. in the end they broke the circuit board in the key and needed to replace the whole key costing £150. Never use this company

DON'T EVER USE THIS BRANCH OF TIMPSON GUILDFORD TESCO IT IS THE WORST EVERY. THREE TIMES THEY HAVE DAMAGED MY CLEANING EXPENSIVE THROWS TRON OR BURNED AND 5 ITEMS OF DRY CLEANING LOST FOR MONTHS. TODAY EXPERIENCED THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE SERVICE SECTOR FOR 20 YEARS NEVER WOULD I DELIVER THIS KIND OF SERVICE TO MY CUSTOMERS. picked up my cleaning today. two kingsize throws. one has been ripped at the seams. disgusting service yet again from this branch. the service provider was rude and unhelpful. this is not the first time the company has destroyed my goods first burned throw and then lost 5 items of dry cleaning. HOW DO YOU RUN SUCH A AWFUL BUSINESS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY.

Tesco hatfield tried to repair my loakes and failed. After 8 weeks they are now needing to be resoled again. I am busy exec and i thought i would give it a go but after 5 visits back to store all the rubber was finally stuck down! Albeit with 1 pin poking into my foot that they displaced while doing the work and said it wasnt them.....really terrible experience - please don't go near them! Massively upset by it.

I took a new white blouse in for dry cleaning (to remove the shop perfume as I am allergic). When it came back it had a huge stain on the front which the aggressive man behind the counter tried to convince me was there when I brought it in (it was brand new!). When I refused to accept it in that condition and insisted Timpson do something about the stain they had put on it he took away the original blue slip and destroyed it - telling me they are not allowed to give them back. He wrote out a new slip on which he stated I was complaining about a stain that was there when I originally brought the blouse in (and of course he had destroyed the evidence to the contrary!). He then told me "Pity you didn't take a picture of the blouse before handing it in" (!). I got a text a few days later to say my blouse was ready but lo and behold the stain was still there! It was a different guy this time - he was unfriendly, refused to look at me and kept his eyes focused on the person behind the whole time. He suggested having the stain tested to which I agreed. I still haven't heard anything from Timpson (it's been over a month) and when I went in to enquire after my blouse the aggressive man was back and he behaved as if I was invisible and completely ignored me. This is the Timpson at Sainbury's in Charlton.

I took my iphone to have the battery replaced at Timpson Whiteley. The phone was perfect, no defects or problems, only the battery. The manager did the job himself. However, he damaged my iphone and left the screen completely loose. I don't recommend Timpson to anyone, unless you are keen to have your phone damaged.

I got 2 keys cut for 2 straightforward Yale-type locks at Timpsons Tesco Borehamwood. The first key only fitted halfway in the lock, and the second went in but wouldn't turn the lock. I took them back and they took literally a minute to adjust them, with exactly the same set of results: unusable keys, same problems. I've had 3 sets of keys cut elsewhere for the same locks in previous years with no problems. I'm going back for a refund and not using Timpsons again.

As an ex timpson employee I refuse to use them even with my old colleague discount card of 90% off services and 50% off merchandise, you couldn't pay me to use them! I've seen the bad the ugly and the bad from within the inside of timpson, they have too many stores and too little competent hard working staff left, if it's an old boy in there you might be in luck but if it's someone under 30 chances are they've had minimal training and haven't got a clue what they are doing and have given up.

Timpsons Dog Kennel Hill Next to Sainsbury’s Guy with the blonde hair and tattoos on his hands has attitude and is aggressive. His Customer service is rubbish and he try’s to argue and belittle you when you try to explain something to him. Will not be going there again. 😳😤

DON'T EVER USE THE FARNHAM STORE. I wish they could have the 0 star for the review because the service was worse than 1 star. I got there twice, one for cutting my main door key cost £6 and my husband even could use it to open the door, too bad. The second time I got there to change my watch battery, it cost £32.8 and the guy even didn't seal my watch. Sooooo disappointed.

Do not use the Eastbourne branch awful customer service keys cut on 4 visits also the manager there was very abusive and swearing a lot had my 4 year old with me terrible language will not be returning

I was quoted £42.50, a 3 week delivery time and having to provide a letter of authorisation for a Eurospec MP10 key. I paid £7.50 and it arrived two days later from www. replacementkeys.co.uk.

We took a watch into the Timpson outlet at Tesco, North Shields on Thursday 27th June, to have a new battery fitted. My husband has a lifetime battery contract for this as we have for most of our watches. When we finished our shop, my husband went to pick it up; to be told - 'it was knackered' - so the assistant had not bothered putting in a new battery, and also informed my husband that he would not be able to get parts for it as it was too old. Although not a terribly expensive watch, it is an Accurist and over ten years old. However, it was a present from his late parents, so of course he was rather upset at this pronouncement. As we were due to go to Newcastle next day I suggested we get a second opinion at another branch of Timpson there. We went to Fenwicks branch in Eldon square; and the chap there fitted a new battery without any problem and it has worked perfectly ever since. Consequently we are extremely dismayed with the cavalier service received from the chap at the Tesco branch; and if this poor service is meted out to other customers, we wonder how many customers have thrown away perfectly serviceable watches on the say-so of such an incompetent employee

Do not use as the young boy behind the counter,talks you into leaving your key,after they couldn’t cut a replacement. When they tell you to come back and collect the key which they said and promised me faithfully the key would be ready as I didn’t want to leave my only key with them,I go to collect my key and they couldn’t find the key which he had ordered 2 week prior. Then he refused to give me a refund point blank as I couldn’t find the receipt after 2weeks, then he says talk any thing from the shop to the value I didn’t want any think from the shop so I took 3 pairs of Laces which would of cost 12.00, he said he could make them go missing, I said what’s the difference give me my money back as I don’t really want the laces,sorry I Can’t do. WHAT A BLOODY JOKE, REAL YOU IN WITH PROMISES AND LIES.

Absolutely poor' 6 weeks ago i took a watch into the shop they said it would be sent away and ready in a couple of weeks..i hear nothing so i go into the shop and snother guys ring hq and they say it will be 4 weeks before i get a quote and 4 weeks before i get it back...told them to send it back and 4 weeks later still not recieved anything back will never ever use them again!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Man in the shop screaming in my face and in 19 year old daughters face. Got keys cut and had to take them back as they would not work in the door, man was abusive and ended in him throwing the keys at us, saying there was nothing wrong with the keys. Will never be going back, disgusted with what the experience i have had
