“Tippsy really exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with a product which I received and wrote to the customer service team at Tippsy regarding it without knowing how it would be handled as this was my first purchase with Tippsy. Within less than 12 hours, I had already received a full refund for my entire order as well as a credit on my account with Tippsy for future use. The customer service was amazing and will most definitely get my business again with the timeliness and professionalism exhibited by their Customer Service agent named Derek. Exceeded my expectation in how this was handled!”

“TippsySake is amazing! I recently started discovering Sake and since then I've placed multiple orders on their website. Shipping is always fast, the selection is excellent, and the prices are competitive. I've reached out to their customer service a couple times with product questions and they've been very helpful.”

“My order for the Sake came thru as promised but then the problems started, I have been bombarded with text messages to my phone, after each SPAM text I mark as blocked, then a day later another promotional text message comes thru from a different number. I've blocked at least a dozen different numbers but the unwanted text keep coming, STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPAM TEXT.”

“Good product, horrible service! I have to open orders, the second was a mistake. I emailed twice and texted once to cancel and have yet to receive a reply. Both orders were marked "Shipped" the day after I ordered but there's no tracking info even on the first order which was placed 11 days ago.”

“Fantastic selection, love the sake club and membership for a la carte buying as well. I do both.bI have never had a company show me so many ads after I already subscribed that I actually want to see! They constantly have new things that I want. I have absolutely loved everything I received from them thus far. What a wide world of sake I am enjoying!”

“Really cool website that introduces us to sake you normally wouldn't come across. Enjoyed doing the quiz as I don't like sweet and flavored sake. After mine and my girlfriends trip to Japan this past Spring, we've learned to appreciate sake much more. Love the history and craft behind it.”

“Tippsy has a wide variety of sakes. When the pandemic hit and it was hard to find sake, I found Tippsy with all my sakes and at great prices. Back in 2020, shipping was free to 6+ bottles. I understand prices have gone up but there is no more free shipping unless you pay annual shipping subscription.”
