Perhaps in the future, more specific, detailed descriptions of the different sake are presented in Tippsy's descriptions; many different sake are described in similarly, but they are in fact, very different tasting. I'd like to see an entirely separate section of just preferred "warm / hot sake". Additionally, I am writing my own Sake Sojourn Record - so I can look back on each sake purchase I make to remember which ones we enjoyed the most.
Just a suggestion. It would be great if printed cards or emailed descriptions, complete with pictures of the bottles were included in the shipment or receipt so people can collect these records. Jim M., (tel, and) address available if requested.”

“Great selection. Great service. I had an issue with changing my address to my work address since I couldn't guarentee anyone would be at my home address to sign for the alcohol delivery. Support was fast and efficient with helping me as my order was going out! Highly recommend! Only wish their sales site and club site were more integrated. Each has independant user profiles (and shipping addresses). Each seem to have different inventory stock. If I see something on the main site, I typically can't add it to my club order because it's not in the club site's inventory.”
