“I placed an order (Order #21955) and subsequently received an email with a tracking number. I was so happy that I scheduled a party with my relatives for my birthday on the day when it is supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive. It was a frustrating weekend. Unreliable- I will not recommend this store.”

“Top notch selection, good prices, fast shipping, and a lot of information to help you learn more about what you are drinking. We love the tasting sets, they are great to either spread over multiple days or do all at once if you are really ambitious. The tastings really let you zero in on what you like and don't like and then you have a whole selection to choose from.”

“I was told my order was shipped when it was not. Ruined my husband’s birthday. I was told it would be delivered in 2-5 days....couldn’t get a tracking number and in the end they promised delivery 18 days after it was ordered. Made multiple contacts with customer service and they just kept telling me about refrigerated trucks but not where my order was. Never again will I order from this group”

Hello Rebecca, As our customer support team explained to you, we use temperature-controlled truck to deliver your package in order to ensure the quality of the product during summer (July - Sept). The shipping confirmation email you have received seemingly contained incorrect information as it did not reflect our updated shipping time with the temperature-controlled delivery. Our team immediately fixed this issue. We truly apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order.

Hi Dale, I am sorry for your inconvenience. During the summer months(July-September), we ship all our orders with extra care and transport them into logistic hubs nationwide by temperature-controlled trucks to avoid cross-country ground shipping by the carriers. It requires an additional week to our regular 7-14 day lead time unless you are in CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, and CO.

“I met Tippsy by chance when I just looked throught the dealmoon website. I feel very lucky that I find Ginkobai "Hannya Tou" on the website. That's my favorite plum wine, and I am just so addicted to its unique taste. I really appreciate the free shipment policy and now I order them regularly every month.”
