“First bottle came and was supposed to taste like cream and strawberry but it tasted like bad whiskey just straight alcohol :(”

“My experience from bad to good. As someone who is spoiled by Amazon, their shipping cannot compete. They are up front about their shipping times and have been accurate so far so adjust your expectations accordingly. Their prices are competitive, but nothing special. Bottles I have been able to find at other places have similarly priced, if you are looking for a bargain Tippsy does run specials and sales so check those out. Now on to where Tippsy excels, information! As much as I love sake, I can't ready Japanese so picking up a bottle at the store was a random pick at best but here I can find all the info I could want about a sake short of actually tasting it. Tippsy also excels in selection. Compared to wine, sake isn't as popular in the US so a store may have a half dozen varieties or so, but here I have plenty to explore.”

“Finally a great resource for a wide variety of sake! The descriptions, and information about each sake brewery is indispensable.
