“Ordered the T-3 series space saving rack with pull up bar, added the weight plate holders and the spotter arms. The whole process of order and delivery was excellent. Nice website and easy ordering interface. Great communication regarding order and shipment status. Fast delivery on the day Titan communicated. All parts came nicely packaged and nothing was damaged despite the heavy payload. Assembly was quick and easy with the high quality hardware included. It's an absolutely awesome setup. I could not be happier with this purchase, especially given the price compared to other brands. I will recommend Titan for sure. Thank you!”

“Overall simple website to navigate. Prices were ultra competitive for a name brand/quality product. Delivery came on time, with the cambered bar 4 days earlier than their projected delivery date. So bonus there! Satisfied with the products and would buy again.”

“Amazing . Can’t say how much this is one of my favorite gym companies ever. I have a home Gym And a full commercial gym. I can buy commercial items that stand up with the other companies but the best thing is the customer support. If you ever have a problem not only do they fix it they don’t make you wait 2 months they’ll send a replacement part out that day if not the next.”

“Customer Service needs serious refinement at Titan Fitness. I ordered the X-3 Rack, X-3 Lever Arms and additional weight plate holders for the rack. What I received was just 4 uprights for the rack and not a signal other component. I reached out to customer service who told me to file a claim with the shipper when they never shipped out the additional parts. I came to the conclusion that they shipped out T-3 lever arms and sent me that instead of the X-3 parts. So now the had bunch of parts in my basement that were all useless. After a whole lot of back and fourth with customer service I was finally told that they’re shipping out the parts that they forgot to ship out and they I need to repackage the other lever arms print out a label (don’t have a printer) and lug that 100 pound box back to fedex for them to return. They offered a 10% code (that can’t be used when anything is on sale) for all this hassle. All this for oops here’s 10%. Unacceptable answer to serious issues in this whole order. Also still waiting on my additional parts to be delivered. What a mess”
