“Product quality is great, but they do not have a last mile solution when they ship freight. So if your residence does not accept Semi-trailers, you are forced to drive to the freight company to pick it up or they will ship it back to Titan. In 2025, I was miffed that there was no last mile solution for residential delivery. I ended up hiring a truck.”

Hi! Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re happy to hear you’re pleased with the quality of your product, but we’re sorry to learn about the challenges you faced with delivery. We understand how frustrating it can be when freight shipping options don’t meet residential needs. Our team is actively exploring better last-mile delivery solutions to improve the experience for our customers. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to provide a smoother process in the future.

“Not only was I impressed with the shipping speed and service, I was really impressed with the items I ordered. The J Hooks are great quality and look great. They work better than the ones that came with my power cage.”
