“I've bought several pieces of equipment from Titan. All have been great quality. My recent purchase was a leg extension/ curl machine. Instructions are easy to follow for assembly and the machine works great. Delivery is usually within a week.”

“I didn't realize that Titan charges a 20% restocking fee for returns. When the cost of shipping back the heavy bumper plates is considered, the net refund would be about half of what I paid. In this age of the majority buying items sight-unseen on the Internet, their exorbitant restock fee is both deeply disappointing and puzzling. Are they actively trying to steer customers towards workout equipment sites that have real return policies? In the future, I won't order any items from them that have a significant likelihood of having problems.”

“Bench and squat the collars stay tight and work fine. Curl, deadlift and leg extensions, where weights turn or shock is involved, the collars twist loose. Still have to take lever clamps with me to the gym. These are a novelty item honestly. I'd like my money back.”
