“This vertical leg press is a wonderful piece of equipment: solid, durable, easy to assemble, and a space-saver! I have had knee surgery and back surgery, and no longer do squats, but this machine is very comfortable to use, and I have no knee or back discomfort, either. This leg press is a great substitute for the squat. If you're short like I am (5-6), and would like a greater range of motion, just place some more thick padding on the back rest. It takes a little practice to insert the pins at the end of each set, but that's a minor issue, in my opinion. If the pipes stick a bit as you're using it, apply some silicone spray for smoother reps. This is a real bargain, price-wise, and although it is not heavy, it is very sturdy. I highly recommend getting it for your home gym!”

“This bench is a decent value for the money. The 17 inch height is perfect for me and the wide pad supports my shoulders a lot better than other benches I've used. The pad has just enough grip for easy adjustments under the bar before a lift. The rollers also work well, so moving the bench in and out of the rack is no problem. My biggest complaints concern the potential durability of the pad and the finish on the front and back posts. The pad's light weight suggests it has a relatively thin plywood backing, so I guess time will tell whether it can hold up under heavy lifts. On the back post, it looks like a grinder was accidently passed along one side after the post had been painted, exposing a ragged section of bare metal. The front post was also pretty scratched up, like it had been tossed into a bin against other metal parts before being packaged and shipped. The defects one the posts are too obvious to have simply been overlooked. Unfortunately, they make me wonder about Titan's committment to quality. It's clear that whoever made and packaged these parts didn't take much pride in their work.”

“I purchased a blue T3 rack and several accessories (plate holders, dip attachment, bar holders, safety bars), and really feel like I leveled up in terms of my setup. I lift for climbing and general fitness, so not crazy heavy, but heavy enough that I want to be sure my lifting is safe and ergonomic. The T3 feels like a tank stability-wise; the blue looks slick; and the many holes make for ideal customization and accessorizing for pretty much anything I want to do. Sometimes it's hard to motivate to lift; having gear that feels good and works well lowers the motivation barrier for me.”
