“I have bought three product from Titan Fitness over the past 4 years and have never regretted any purchase so far. The vertical leg press machine is an essential part of my leg routine. I have used the ab back machine for about 2 years and feel it is the best ab back machine on the market. This is because it also lets me work out the abdominal oblique muscles in addition to the rectus and the lumbar muscles. I just got the TwistLock pro collars (old wire clamp collars were getting loose after 30 years) and they are great since they don't flare up my carpal tunnel syndrome (new wire clamp collars required too much force and were flaring up my carpal tunnel syndrome). I wish I knew about Titan Fitness when I bought my lifting cage in 1995. Because they offer more bang for the buck.”

“Now have 2 bars from TItan and both are excellent quality. Have had a home gym for 30 years and finally had to begin upgrading some of my old equipment. Titan has great value and shipping is very quick. Great Company.”

“After looking at all the other places that sells equipment….Titan Fitness is the #1 choice. Why? Because they have the best fitness equipment that’s affordable and the quality is top notch! I can’t believe the stuff I received from them because it’s just so amazing! I have bought over $5k worth of equipment from them and I have NO regrets.”

“I really do like Titan very much but there were a few frustrations with this recent order. I had a coupon and had trouble using it so rather than issue a new coupon, after much back and forth, Titan sent me an invoice that was not itemized, so I have nothing in my emails for my records about this purchase. One item was a squat rack, and they shipped the uprights in a box that wasn't supportive enough so it ripped open and the delivery guy left it open side down. It was super hard to move this box because of the contents sliding around. I saw the trouble he had getting it off the truck. Do better. Before even getting it in the house, I dragged the ends of both uprights on my cement front walk. So they're already compromised. And the foot didn't arrive for another few weeks so I had to store the uprights in my space al that time. A few weeks later, I ordered a barbell, which also came in a box open at one end. This time, I handled it with the utmost care and managed to not damage it, but again, what a pain to move it especially as this time it was strapped into the box and regular scissors would not easily cut throught the straps. Put those sturdy straps on the ends of box somehow, not forever deathhold on the contents so it took 2 of us to free the contents. Also, the website could be improved. It is not the easiest thing to find stuff if you don't know the name.”

“The rack was very quick to be delivered. Once I got it open I realized it was missing a box of hardware. Called customer service, and had told them all the peices that needed to be sent out. They required me to send a photo of what I had, to prove it was missing (stupid notion). Was told it would ship that day, and I'd get a tracking number. After a week of no shipment and communication, I sourced the hardware locally.”

“The hyperextension i ordered came dented, paint chip and covered in Rust. Titan fitness is blaming it on shipping and taking no responsibility on their end. How an item develops rust from shipping and not improper storage in their warehouse is beyond me. But hey if you can pass the blame then why not. A decision that benefits the business at the customers expense. Titans send me a damaged product from the warehouse and I now have to fight it out with a shipping company. Thanks Titan fitness for the wonderful customer service.”

“I thought these looked "neat" when I was shopping for new collars. They are pricey but I'm very impressed with the design, build quality and tactile feel of the collar. Sure you do NOT need a $70 collar but gee whiz, they are so cool to use. I frequently chose NOT to use collars while lifting because the clamp ones I had were slightly annoying since you needed two hands to hold the clamp and lock it. With the twist lock single handed operation is a breeze. I now use collars for all lifts and think this adds a bit of safety to my workouts. I'm gonna buy a pair for my son for his birthday, I love them that much. Great job Titan!”
