“Had an issue with my order due to my own fault of not reading the details. Customer service was nice to reach back but only solution was for me to pay for shipping back and be charged a restock fee. I understand why but due to this practice I most likely would not recommend or use them for my purchase in the future. Matter of fact after this interaction I ended up spending over $10k at another company that has better support and higher quality products. If you’re looking for cheap gear with ok service go with Titan just make sure you order correctly cuz you will pay for it if you make an error.”

“Titan Fitness is my current go-to for my home gym equipment. I've been slowly adding new and upgrading old equipment with them and every piece has surpassed my expectations. In my opinion they without question dominate in their price bracket. And I eagerly look forward to checking off the next few pieces on my wishlist.”

“This leverage squat machine has actually made me want to add squats to my routine again. I had a free-standing squat rack that became painful to my shoulders in reaching back for the bar and limited the depth of squat because I was too timid. This machine is much more stable for my back and I feel like I'm isolating my legs much better.”
