“I’ve been adding Titan Fitness components to my gym for almost nine years. I have always had great luck with shipping, quality and the limited times I’ve had any issue, customer service was right on top of it. The options for equipment are almost endless and the prices are so much better than the competition, it’s always an easy decision to use Titan and my gym grows.”

“I will never order from titan again, their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement for a barbell that I never received due to it being damaged in transit. I have been getting the run around sent back and forth between titan customer service and route customer service, I am still trying to have the issue resolved. Save yourself the hassle and order from Rogue.”

“Titan Fitness has been great to work with in all aspects. The Smith Machine I purchased did not assemble correctly. Titan Fitness suggested a few things but was very quick to replace the whole unit - with no hassel at all. I received the new unit very quickly and it is perfect.
