“High quality products at unbeatable prices! I purchased the Titan flat bench and this thing is a beast, really like this bench. Unfortunately sometimes things do get beat up during shipping, maybe the FedEx guys should be using some Titan equipment themselves and would be able to handle the heavy items!”

“BEWARE OF TITAN FITNESS! I ordered from them before and was considering ordering a leg ext attachment for my rack. I wasnt sure it would fit but I had it in my cart. They use SHOP PAY so my shipping information and payment information was saved in my account. A day later I get an email saying my order had shipped! I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING!! I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and they said they would cancel. Nope. It came a few days later. Several calls and open support tickets and they tell me to mail this super heavy box back at MY COST and they will decide if they are going to refund me the $400 they billed my card. CROOKS!”
