“The products are all great and as expected from a function standpoint. The adjustable bench's box was damaged and the head of the upholstery is ripped and the particle board base is damaged. Its usable, but was damaged.”

“I bought it for myself after hip replacement surgery. I can do step ups but jumps could be very unstable. Kids tried it and it’s very good for young children. Overall happy with the quality.”

“Everything in our order was great! Well packaged, no cosmetic or physical defects on anything! The only thing Id personally change is Id like Titan to include a paper manual for instructions, rather than just the QR code to the sites manual. Otherwise 10/10”

“Titan Fitness unfortunately did not address my compliant of recieving an Used/Open Box item when I paid for a New item. I provide pictures of how I received the item showing the security straps were cut and retaped. The picture inside of the box showed items thrown in the box in no particular order and upon lifting the box the parts were rattling around banging into each other scuffing up the frame of the item purchased.”

“Titan fitness is fabulous. Quality of products are great and I’m blown away how fast I get to your door. Their customer service is outsource so that’s a little frustrating when you do have an issue. They definitely need to clean that up.”
