“BEWARE OF TITAN FITNESS! I ordered from them before and was considering ordering a leg ext attachment for my rack. I wasnt sure it would fit but I had it in my cart. My shipping information and payment information was saved in my account. A day later I get an email saying my order had shipped! I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING!! I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and they said they would cancel. Nope. It came a few days later. Several calls and open support tickets and they tell me to mail this super heavy box back at MY COSTand they will decide if they are going to refund me the $400 they billed my card. CROOKS!”

“Titan sent the wrong sized crossmembers to the rack. It has been an absolute horrible experience dealing with their customer service. It’s been well over a week. They admit to making a mistake but still waiting on a response of what they can do to fix the issue. I should have waited for Fringe Sports Osprey.”
