“I have purchased multiple major pieces of equipment from Titan over the years and find the equipment to be well made, packaged well and delivered on time with no issues. The quality/price equation is what attracted me to Titan initially, and find that they offer a great variety of equipment.”

“Love, love the titan twist lock collars! For years, I have had trouble with the old heavy chrome dumbells collars , while working out, the collars would come loose, so I would get another workout jumping around trying to miss the plates. So I see many more purchases from Titan. Thank you”

“Well packaged, shipped promptly, easy assembly. Handsome design, clean welds, all parts aligned perfectly. Very sturdy. This dumbbell storage rack was very well designed and is perfect for my home gym. It was reasonably priced and is an excellent value.”

“I would give 1 star if I could. Worst possible experience you could ever have with ordering from these clowns. First off I’ve ordered 4 different pieces of gym equipment from them. (And not cheap items) Every piece of equipment has had missing parts, and it takes weeks for them to send the correct parts. Took them 3 different orders just to send the correct parts for my leg extension. I had to go to Home Depot and also order my own replacement parts just to finish building the equipment. Complete waste, just to add the customer service is terrible and it takes multiple calls just to get someone on the phone and not resolve the issue. Very disappointing.”

“Came in damaged only wanted a new one would have gladly sent this one back and they only offered me $2 off and stated I couldn’t get a new one cause I didn’t buy the insurance for delivery!!! I will no longer purchase anything from Titan!! I only want what I paid for!”

“Titan has cheap equipment and they're pretty solid. Would be nice to have better directions for the T3 folding rack and an option or included wheel assembly for the bottom legs for the T3 folding rack. Because there is no play once secured to the wall.”

“I've been purchasing equipment from Titan fitness for the past 5 years for our High School wrestling team. The quality of their equipment is equivalent to other major brands at a significantly lower cost. The one time I had an issue with a product we received, I contacted their customer service and they sent me the correct item quickly. Very pleased with my experience with Titan!”
