“Solid equipment for price for home gym. I ordered chest supported row machine. Assembly instructions linked online but nuts and bolts not labeled in instructions, which made assembly somewhat difficult. Steel plates for use affordable and to standard. Happy with purchases.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. To start off, my package arrived and the box containing my uprights was damaged, and there was a decent scratch on it. I went ahead and started opening boxes, because I was eager to put my power rack together and start using it. As I was opening everything, I noticed that I was missing the ENTIRE top section of my power rack. Not only that, I am missing the flat foot pieces of my rack as well. In other words, I can’t even put the rack together. Once I noticed this I immediately reached out to Titan hoping they would make this right. After numerous phone calls and emails (including verifying what I had actually received), I still have no idea what they’re going to do about it. I’ve been told multiple times I would get an updated order number emailed to me by the end of the day, and still no word. I’ve been hung up on, not called back, and I have received ZERO help towards resolving this issue. For weeks now, I’ve had boxes just sitting in my gym waiting on an answer. The shipping, the customer service, etc is a joke. I’m at the point now where I just want them to come get these boxes out out of my gym and give me a refund.”

“Bench is built like a tank. No movement when pressing and I personally like the pop-pin system over the ladder. If you can incline press more than 400lbs (don’t know anyone who can), go with the titan series. If not, save some money and go with this bench, more than enough for the vast majority.”

“I had a pretty bad experience. Decided to order from titan instead of Rogue. The delivery of one of the boxes was a nightmare. Was given the runaround for about a week. I finally got the box delivered from fed ex all taped up. I was going to send it back but it was so heavy so I asked my husband to open and make sure all the parts were there and in good condition. Besides a couple scratches it was fine and no missing parts. Fed ex was the one in the wrong but when I called titan customer service they weren’t much help. Husband assembled the machine and I love it. Aside from the delivery nightmare I am happy with my machine. Sturdy machine. It just upsets me because these machines are cheap so you shouldn’t have to deal with all this.”
