“The Titan products are excellent and I am very satisfied. They could due with beter communication. For example. My order came in 3 packages. There was no indication that it was 1 of 3 or 2 of 3. They just came so there was no way of knowing if there was more comming or if the order was just incomplete. Everything came, but more communication would have been nice. Also. I contacted support to ask about their recommendations for fastening my rack to the wall. Another paragraph in the instruction manual would have solved that problem without any effort.”

“Do not buy the leg press attachment. When you press your heels never touch the platform. All the weight is on your toes when pressing. Waste of money. Please redesign it so the weight is evenly distributed on your feet.”
