“It is very rare that I provide a review that is low. The sole reason for my two star review is customer service. I purchased a weight bench that retails for about $450. Certainly among some of the higher end in price point out benches that are out there. I got one because my personal trainer has one and I trusted his recommendation. However, the logo on the bench is crooked. Like crooked enough so you would see it the second that you looked at it and walked in my little home gym. It looks like I bought it at a manufacturers mistake sale. I contacted customer service and after being transferred through 2 to 3 different teams for review, I was offered a discount on a FUTURE PURCHASE. So basically you apologize for what happened to me, wouldn’t do anything to make it better and want me to buy more from you, the company that has disappointed me. I will not recommend this brand to anyone. And there will be a lot of people seeing my home Jim because we have house guests all the time.”

“I actually love the machine ! The only thing I hated was the assembly everything is pretty easy up until u have to put the weight plates on and it was ridiculous because the instructions were not good at all needs better drawings or put actual written out details on what to do but once you have it all set up it’s a really solid heavy duty piece of equipment you will have this thing for yrs ! It’s truly built to last even tho assembly was the worst I don’t think that’s enough to give it less than 5 stars”

“It’s a quality made product ready to take a beating. I’ll have to agree with another reviewer who had difficulty putting it together because it was already halfway put together and the manual was so detailed you had to orient yourself as to where to start where they left off in completing the construction. It would have been easier to let the customer start from scratch.”
