“Product quality is great, but they do not have a last mile solution when they ship freight. So if your residence does not accept Semi-trailers, you are forced to drive to the freight company to pick it up or they will ship it back to Titan. In 2025, I was miffed that there was no last mile solution for residential delivery. I ended up hiring a truck.”

“Price and delivery speed were fine but we accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I come back to the site and to my orders and I couldn't find any obvious way to return the item. I look at the bottom of the page and see Refund policy so I click it. Look at this: -Item must be unused, in the same condition that I received it, in original packaging. -I have to get a Return Authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to their support team. -I have to pay for shipping, PLUS a 20% restocking fee (deducted IF I get a refund). -Shipping an item over $75? "...Consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item." Nonsense. Absolute nonsense. I will never order from them again because of this alone.”

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition.
