“Lat pulldown tower. Low quality !! Seat support holes don’t line up. Hole blanks not punched out. Cable length too short-most people use the next hole, which makes the next problem worse- There’s not enough range of motion in the design for taller people. The instructions are there but poor. When you call them, they only answer the sales prompt. Overall bad experience. Spend the money for a better unit.”

“The assembly is a very poor design. There are limited instructions with only pictures. The design requires the installation of a 4.3 mm bolt that is not a normal size and cannot be easily installed with an adjustable crescent wrench due to limited space. I purchased a large ratchet wrench and crescent wrench and was not able to install the large bolt. I went to Home Depot and they also said this was a very poor design that the average person or even exprienced person would have the tools to complete the assembly. I communicated with Titan several times and all they could do was to say i had to use adjustable wrenches and a ;lot of force. I finally donated the unit when I gave up.”

“Products are good - I’ve got a home gym full of Titan products but I’m don’t ordering from them. Titan is joining a growing list of brands offering “free shipping” and then tagging on bogus “shipping protection” charges. It is automatically added to your cart and you have to unselect it if you don’t want the protection. Note that in majority of cases this protection is not needed as the shipper is responsible for getting the items you paid for to you, and worst case most credit card companies will deal with the company on your behalf if you don’t receive your order. Feels like a class action waiting to happen. Back to Rogue for my future needs.”
