“Extremely disappointed in Titans customer service especially from a company I have used for years for gym equipment. Put a cancel request in the next business day as the product I ordered was not going to work and already put a second order with Titan for the right product. After a day of waiting for a response I was finally told that they were too late in putting the cancel request in and that the product shipped before they could cancel the order. I was told to just deny the delivery which I could not do due to being at work. After contacting Titan again I was told I was going to have to return it on my own dime. The shipping company told me that it was going to be $350+ to ship it back which is as much as I paid for my order. When I called again to see if there was a solution the customer service rep hung up on me. Needless to say I will no longer be buying anything from Titan or recommending Titan to anyone I know.”

“The leverage squat machine is the second purchase from Titan Fitness and it, again, exceeded expectations. When one sees products online, there is no real guarantee of quality. Titan products remove that unease from the buying process. The equipment is sturdy, commercial-grade steel. The squat machine movement is smooth and it provides a wide, very supportive base that handles the weight. Titan is the best fitness company in the business. Highest recommendation.”

“The cross members I purchased should be able to mount in the end holes. If I drop the handles while walking they could slide chopping away at my feet. Also the reason I purchased these was for the knurling on the handles to my disappointment the knurling is really passive Jesse Anklam”

“Titan should really stop email spamming people and prompting them for product reviews, especially when the customer is almost certain to leave a negative review, as in my case. Anyway, I purchased the Plate-Loaded Functional Trainer on January 3rd and the next day I recieved the item. I was thrilled until I noticed the boxes were in tatters and, as I suspected, it was missing a bunch of componenets once I started assembling. I reached out to customer support on January 6th and they acknowledged the missing parts. The communcation with customer support was originally good and I was inclined to hold off on any negative feedback. However, it's now January 15th and I have no replacement parts and no updates from customer support. I just have a half-assembled, not usable piece of gym equipment taking up space. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this company.”

“Titan T2 Rack 71" was shipped very quickly. Box was in perfect condition. All pieces were wrapped with plastic and the packing was perfect. Very easy to put together. Very heavy duty steel. Took me about 1 hour by myself to assemble. Was suprised at the quality of this rack. I would highly suggest this rack for anyone that has a ceiling height restriction as this is only 71" tall. The rack once together was VERY sturdy on my rubber flooring. Next is to attache the LAT attachement which I would highly suggest to turn this unit into a all in one MACHINE. Would highly reccomend this unit.”

“Good solid build. Reasonable price for the product compared to other companies. It came with some scuffs on the coating which is disappointing. Also some of the accessories are a bit overpriced and have odd sales. Just lower the price instead of a constant rotating sale.”

“Dealing with Titan Fitness was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the Wall and Rack Mounted Pulley Tower. Although their website showed it was out of stock, it indicated they would restock the item and ship it soon. While placing the order, the website also stated I wouldn't be charged until the item was shipped. However, I was charged immediately. I waited until the promised restock date, but the item was still not available. I waited even longer, yet it remained out of stock. Frustrated, I emailed their customer service to request a refund. This was just the beginning of a long and exhausting exchange. Many of my emails went unanswered, while others received generic replies like, "We’ve transferred your request to our billing department." Despite sending several follow-ups over the course of many days, I still received no refund. Finally, I decided to dispute the charge with my bank. To my shock, my bank representative later informed me that Titan Fitness claimed the item had been delivered to me. This was completely false—I never received the product. Thankfully, my bank sided with me and refunded the charge. I wasted so much time dealing with Titan Fitness. Never again.”
