“Titan has delivered above my expectations. As you read review after review, there are obvious loyalties in the lifting community that lead to lots of biases - and I found plenty that would have steered me in a different direction, but I am very happy I chose to give Titan a shot. Delievery has been really fast - a few boxes had been beat up, but the product itself was delivered in perfect condition. Very happy with the few products that I have bought, and very impressed at the quality.”

“Ok for the price it is, don't expect a gym quality product. They try to keep the price down by using below average pulleys. Look on youtube on how to improve them. Pulley tower arrived dented and pulley slots were bent. This was due to poor packaging as the box was not damaged whatsoever. Was really disappointed since I was not sure the proper angle they are supposed to be at and proper opening width. The instructions were zero help for this issue and they were subpar at best for assembling the pulley tower. Contacted customer service and they weren’t able to fully help since I feel it’s not Titan Fitness on the other end. They read off a paper that I feel should have been included in the instructions. Still tweaking and unbending the product to make it work for our needs. I’ve bought several pieces of equipment from Titan Fitness and the quality and free shipping keeps me coming back. Their packaging is always below standards.”

“The X3 is an awesome rack! Just wish the design was a little better for the post contacting the ground on opening and closing. This could be fixed with the swing arm being a 1/4 higher when swinging closed or putting the rack up. So when you want to use the rack swing into place and the post would drop down to the floor. Then when your ready to put the rack away just lift up and swing closed. This small pivot point would clear up alot of trouble and confusion on mounting this rack. As is you have to slightly adjust your mounting point on the wall to make everything open and close smoothly. This is time consuming and on unleve floors this will require a shim. This is my only complaint about this rack. I've watched many YouTube video about this problem and had the same issue. One guy added roller castings to his. Can't imagine it worked for long because the weight would crush the wheels. But hope this helps someone or Titan to make a change.”
