“Overall bench is good but the box looked like it was run over by a semi truck when it arrived and it was missing one bolt and one nut, which unfortunately cost $8 to replace at the local hardware store. There is a slight decline to the bench seat as well, not sure how to fix that.”

Clips to hold attachment on the tower I purchased are terrible. One of the 3 will not open at all. On the dip station 2 of the parts were very bent. The damage did not occur in shipping, the box was perfect. Overall better than I expected for the equipment but pretty poor quality control.”

Hi Kristopher, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check and one from our team has reached out on 09/13 and thank you for replying back with the photos. Our production team however has deemed that the spots that shows the stains is mild oxidation and can be removed by a mild detergent; not actual rust which is a type of corrosion.
All of our bars are covered with a thin film of oil to prevent this however, the oil might've been wiped off or rubbed off during shipping.
For oxidation stains, you can soak a cloth in vinegar, then wipe it across the oxidation spot. Scrub with a soft-bristled brush, then wipe away the vinegar and lifted oxidation with a damp cloth.

The safety squat bar V-2 is another story. Chrome is very rough and pitted, burrs on the welds. Padding too thick. It is functional but the quality is very disappointing.”

“I bought the rack mounting preacher curl. At first I wasn’t happy because it wobbles on the rack in both mounting points. The build quality is amazing though so instead of returning it I fastened a locking bolt to replace the lynch pin and the wobble was gone. I love titan fitness”
