Quality of product is good but it came with no instructions on how to put it together.

Received the female Olympic bar and it was slightly bent due to issues during transport

I was excited to receive my item. There were no directions included in the box, but the construction seemed easy enough. The rack is fine, slightly rusty, a little wobbly, but better than what was there before.

No problems with the product. It's scratched up a bit but that's because of the horrible packaging. I've been a fan of TItan and baiscally built my whole gym with the brand. I've had zero problems with packaging or the product, but in this instance, it looks like a drunk packaged the bar. It literally was in a box that covered about half the bar, then was tapped to the plastic baggng that was around the bar. So, half the bar was shipped in just a plastic bag. Because of his, half the bar is scratched up in placed. Not a huge deal because I'm more concerned about function over looks, but come on. That was just lazy.

One of the brackets, where the pins go through, we’re bent pretty bad. Still works, but sucks that it’s brand new. Can’t complain too much for the price.

I think the products are great. They are sturdy and made out of quality material. Where I think you fall short is your packaging and shipping. This is the second item that I have received where the item hasn't had something supporting the end. In the shipping process, the box has been damaged with the equipment going through the cardboard and sticking out of the end. This causes the newly purchased equipment to be scuffed. Due to the weight and awkward shape of the equipment, I feel that the ends need to be reinforced with stronger cardboard or something sturdier than thin cardboard.

Order two 30lb kettlebells. Weights for each: 28.8 and 29.4lb. The 29.4lb one is acceptable but the 28.8 is more than a full pound off. How did this go through quality control? Only bright side is that I got them on sale. This makes me not want to buy titan kettlebells ever again, especially if I buy heavier.

Box came damaged and the bolts and screws were unsecured and all over our driveway from the delivery.

The bench is sturdy but the cushion is lacking. It looks like the fabric around the padding is too big or the padding is too small. The fabric is loose and looks cheap. I am not sure that is will hold up to daily use but I am hopeful. I have had a good experience with Titan's "all-metal" products but I am dissappointed with the bench. I may have to get it reupholstered sooner than later.

Not sure I will be able to work on it. The tabletop did not line up with base . Pre-drilled holes would not line properly. Something is off. The bar is too close to my knees and chair. I am a 140lb female. Very tight to move without the armrest hitting part of the desk too. Lifting columns are working ok but the feet are not in proper alignment. Unable to install cable management tray and there were more drilled holes for handswitch than would match up. Right now it's sitting on the floor.

Shipping time on our bench was pretty unacceptable. Something went wrong in the shipping process and Titan didn’t make any effort to fix it until I requested multiple times and then offered no compensation. Our bench took nearly a month to deliver despite being given a much earlier date originally.

Well this was probably the first time Titan disappointed me. To have the first shipment just disappear in transit is inexcusable in my opinion. Then for them to not notify me that it wasn’t coming seems odd. I’m wondering if the package busted open and all the weights fell out? Whatever the reason that it takes 2 times to sent out a product really needs to be addressed. Whether it’s changing packaging or changing shipping method it’s really a bad reflection on Titan.

The product is good. HOWEVER, and I’m not sure how you all dropped the ball on this, there are no “instructions”. To be clear - the package did include a card with an instructions website and a code to access the applicable instructions from the website. Once I was on the website I entered the code and nothing showed up. Additionally, I tried variations of GHD and none of the instructions showing up were for my respective machine. After a while I was able to assemble the GHD with only minimal leftover washers. Overall, same old Titan Fitness; whoever is running manufacturing / product development is doing a good job. Whoever is running logistics / business operations …. there is room for improvement.

The product itself is fine. There were some sizable metal shavings that came out of part of the base that I had to be careful to pickup because I have dogs. There were absolutely NO instructions included whatsoever. While this is fairly easy to figure out…I still don’t think that’s right. Anything that requires assembly should also require instructions. Probably wouldn’t order anything that needed assembly from Titan again, but this will do for now. I guess I just expected better from this company but now know why most of my products are a more reputable brand.

The squat stand I bought is of good quality. Sturdy and not too difficult to assemble, so long as you have the needed tools. However, when it arrived there was a significant puncture in the shipping box, and a small metal plate that acts as a cap on one of the upright bars was broken off. That could have been the responsibility of Titan or the shipper. Either way the product did not arrive in 100% condition, so 3 stars.

Titan's five-foot barbell is a good quality product. I enjoy using it, though I've only had it a few days. Titan Fitness products ship from several locations in the US. Once a tracking number is assigned, I got a "ready to go" email, with a wildly optimistic delivery date - Fedex didn't actually pick up and start moving the order for several days. I emailed customer service about this - they responded quickly. "Ready to go" also meant that my payment went from pending to posted, even though the order hadn't moved, at all. This barbell was initially located at a Titan Brands facility in central CA, 2800 miles from my home - i.e. six days on the road. During this period, Fedex pretty much trashed the cardboard tube the barbell was packed in. One of the tube's end caps was gone - the caps are plastic and wired to the tube. The end of the barbell was sticking out of the broken tube on delivery. The chrome plating on the exposed sleeve was chipped. Given this was an $80 item, I decided not to complain to Titan - just not worth the hassle. The barbell was otherwise undamaged - it isn't bent, the sleeves roll properly and end-play is acceptable. As a point of reference, my only other barbell is a Rogue C-70S. It was made in and shipped from Ohio. The shipping tube was thicker than Titan's and arrived undamaged. The end caps were metal, stapled to the tube. It was shipped by UPS. The barbell was delivered in pristine condition. Would I spend $300+ on a Titan barbell? Absolutely not.

We had challenges getting our products in a timely manner. Some of the products took weeks to arrive and were in transit for most of that time. The packaging used for the barbells was poor. All of the barbells orders arrived with damaged or no packaging, and, as a result, the products had some damage. Customer service was quick to respond and help get a replacement product out to us, but the same packaging was used and arrived heavily damaged. If better packaging is used then the process will improve dramatically.

Product looks to be a good overall value but the manufacturing quality control could use some improvement as the adjustable bench mount didn’t have two of the welded mounting nuts in place so assembly can’t be completed.
