“Well construction, solid. My dumbbells are hexagonal so I wind up taking off the plastic spacers and it works just fine. The only downside is that sometimes when you put a smaller dumbbell on where the brackets are, your fingers can get pinched, but I just kept the plastic risers on near those brackets.”

“Absolutely thrilled with my new best. Had been using a 20lb vest over the past year and felt like I’d plateaued. This vest can go to 35 if necessary. 2.5 lb individual weights allow me to adjust as necessary. Love the way it fits and definitely feels confortable on 4 mile treks.”

“It’s a great and study cage smooth pulleys I have a couple gripes I wish the lat pulldown bar holders were a little bit higher up and also I’d like to see the safety bars have a hole on the end so I can put a pin in them so there is no chance they move and I wish it came with some shims in the package for an uneven floor”
