“I had a very great experience. I purchased the hip abductor machine and absolutely love it. It is higher quality, not cheap junk. Assembly was not difficult. This also arrived pretty quickly, and the delivery service was great. Would definitely purchase from them again.”

“I recently purchased the leverage squat machine. Delivery was super fast. Equipment arrived in good condition. I love the machine itself, with the exception of the shoulder pads are very uncomfortable. You kind of get used to it, but they need to be better designed. The lever for locking the arms in/out also needs to be better designed as it doesnt hold its place. There is also zero information about the supposed 15 exercises, nor about the weight of the arms if no plates are applied (ie to get an understanding of total weight being squatted. The worst is the parts (ie screws nuts etc) and assembly instructions. Total Fail. The parts are misnumbered so they dont match instructions, and the instructions are absolutely HORRID. They are incomplete and very unclear, or even outright wrong. You would expect that for a piece of equipment costing about 800 bucks that Titan would ensure quality at every level of detail, but no. Thats not the case. So despite liking the machine, i will probably never buy another piece of equipment from Titan. They have to earn my trust by solving such problems. Will they respond to this review ??????”

“Item came much quicker than I expected. Everything was packed very neatly and in fine condition with no damage to the box or contents. Assembly was very easy to accomplish with tools provided. Will do business again in near future.”

“The welds on the pull up bar were bad quality - holes, lack of fusion, huge amounts of excess weld material, and spatter. Looks bad, and I'm worried the welds will fall apart. I suggested multiple options to Titan to resolve the quality issues with the item I purchased, but the only option given was to return at my expense and pay a 20% restocking fee. Bad customer service and would not recommend Titan to anyone based on this experience!”
