“I have a good attitude toward the Titan line of equipment. Really like my skinny handle Viking handle. However, my experience with the 1.9" single handle was not as fulfilling. First, there was no tightening screw with the handle. And the hole where the locking screw was was drilled at an angle to prevent a locking screw from going all the way in. Also looks like excessive paint on the inside threads difficult to tighen the locking screw down far enough to lock onto the end of the Olympic bar. I used the screw on the Viking handle since there was none with the 1.9" single handle.”

Hi! Thank you for your feedback and for your continued support of the Titan line of equipment. We’re glad to hear you’ve been enjoying your Viking handle, though we’re sorry the 1.9" single handle did not arrive as expected. The missing tightening screw and the issues with the drilled hole and threading are certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as feedback like this helps us improve our quality control processes. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us anytime.

“I own several Titan pieces of equipment. They offer quality equipment at a cheaper price than a lot of their competitors. I do wish they do a better job with shipping, I have a few pieces of equipment that arrived scratched out of the box. Most cases it’s minor but occasionally it’s pretty significant.”

“Great piece of equipment, especially for the price. And one of my order arrived. The base pace was spent probably during shipping and they sent me a whole new product. Didn’t give me any issues at all. I highly recommend using this company.”
