“Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Buy from Titan Fitness Again! I ordered a lat machine from Titan Fitness. It was not shipped with all of the parts and was missing hardware. When I finally got around to ordering the missing parts, they did not have some of the items in stock but said I could order the parts that they did have in stock so I did that. They presented me with a bill for $241.82 for the literally 4 bolts, 4 nuts, 2 pins, 2 limit rings, 2 metal sleeves and 6 1/2 have inch metal sleeves. Besides the nuts and bolts, we're talking about an additional ounce of metal. A trivial amount of hardware and their charge is $241.82 despite the original order missing these items and me paying approximately $2,000 for the machine. $241 is approximately $15 for each item. As I mentioned in the attached email to Titan, "I expected them for free as a courtesy for being a Titan customer." Titan's reply from Preston Chapman, Parts Sales Specialist of Titan Fitness Support, was "You can try to get them at a hardware store or elsewhere, if that works better." Very disappointing – I would not recommend Titan Fitness to anyone.”

“I'm enjoying my midlife crisis building out a little basement gym. I got my rack, weights, bar and attachments in my first order. I ran into an issue where I purchased an incorrect item. Customer service was responsive and they helped find me some options that didn't really work out. (pro tip: make sure you order correctly when there's shipping of heavy equipment involved). Anyhow, even though I didn't get exactly what I set out to order the quality of the gear is great and I'm happy in the end.”

“Titan makes excellent, durable products, but assembly of a newly purchased product is entirely up to your best guess as the customer. I have several Titan products and the only way to figure out how to properly set up the equipment is by looking it up on Youtube. Every product I've bought from Titan comes with the most laughably basic assembly instructions that simply say "assemble the product" with a couple of tiny print diagrams to try to reference. If you can figure out how to actually assemble the product and something doesn't work properly, Titan's response is: "you must have assembled it wrong." NO KIDDING. TELL PEOPLE HOW TO PROPERLY ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH. Or at the very minimum, provide some troubleshooting instructions.”

“I have a small gym in my garage, I was looking for a hack squat machine and the titan hack squat is the best option for the price you don’t break the bank , I’m 6” tall and don’t like doing squats with the olimpic bar, I prefer the hack squat it gives me better results.”
