“Ordered this machine November 27,2025 and today is December 22,2025 and still don't have my machine. Had a computer error on there end and they couldn't fix it: I have all the messages to show they have no fast way to fix a problem you have. It's been 4 days of me messaging then multiple times and no response back. Even contacted the supervisor Brittney multiple times and no response. Quick to take your money but not quick to help you out when you have a problem.”

“Hi. I purchased the Titan FID bench after looking for months at all of the available FID bench’s from other manufacturers and Titan. After comparing the bench’s Titan won hands down. I have a complete home gym with twenty machines/bench’s dumbbells, fixed ez curl bars and more. I am so impressed with the quality of Titan that I will soon be purchasing more of your equipment to replace my existing equipment. Thank you . Mark”

“While everything arrived quickly, the bench that I bought as "new" arrived partially assembled with damage and a lot of missing parts, and the parts I did receive were unlabeled and jumbled in one large plastic bag. This unfortunately made the instructions impossible to follow. I went through support and was given one singular bushing. My garage gym was entirely Titan up until this point, but I don't know that I'll purchase here again.”
