“I have been using these resistance bands daily and have been very impressed overall. Early on, I noticed a slight tear developing in one of the bands, which was disappointing at first. However, the customer service team was fantastic. They responded quickly, took ownership of the issue, and efficiently resolved it by sending an entirely new set without any hassle. Since receiving the replacement, the bands have performed exceptionally well. The quality is excellent, and even with consistent daily use, they have shown no signs of significant wear, stretching, or degradation.
