“The equipment is great as it is commercial grade. Exact same quality as in a gym. Ordering was very simple and easy to assemble. Definitely recommend Titan Fitness.”

“The product is great, but the box came very damaged, and there were a few scratches and the bottom pad was slightly coming off. I tried contacting customer service and it was a pain to get a hold of anyone especially since I had protection coverage on my purchase. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle and just dealt with it. Other than that, the bench is great and solid!”

“This was the first product that I purchased from Titan. When the product arrived I found no tools to use to put the product together. The hardware was completely open in one bag, not individualy baged so you knew what was what. There was no printed assembly instructions you had to go online to find them and then the quality was fuzzy and leaving you to quess on some steps. As I said before the hardware was not labeled so you had to guess as to which bolt went where.”

“From placing the order to shipping the order, and then finally receiving it. I realized how quick and easy the whole process was. After receiving my Titan T2 Series Power Rack, the packing was well put together and made unpacking and setup very easy. Especially for a first time purchasing anything like this for my home gym.”

“Good quality everything is great, shipping, website products, all of it. The bag is amazing. My only form of constructive criticism is the amount of emails sent for advertising. I understand why but it may be more effective just a few times a month instead of the frequency you are currently at because at this point I'm just swiping and not reading but at first I was reading them. Honestly I'm pretty broke so I can't buy too much stuff so maybe this opinion is just because I'm poor lol. But I'm here to say that your doing extremely well and the most important things that a company should focus on, your focusing on at the highest pinnacle. So I want to thank you for your integrity. It means a lot to me to find a company with this much forward focusing intensity.”

“Recently purchased a 1.25 pull up bar for my X3 squat rack. I ended up ordering a bar for the Titan line rack, which did not fit I subsequently contacted customer service and requested to simply return the bar for replacement with the correct one. Unfortunately, customer service advised me that I would not only have to pay for return shipping, but it would also have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I’m was long-term Titan fitness customer but after this I’ll never purchase from them again. The bar was 70 or 80 bucks and after paying for shipping and the “restocking fee“ it just wasn’t worth it. Yes, I know the fine print stipulates that you have to pay for return shipping however, in several similar experiences with rogue, instead of making me return a part, they would just ship me out a new one without any hassle. I guess you get what you pay for.”
