“I am satisfied with the items quality. I am glad that i can make a home gym on a budget. Email communications are a little slow, but I always receive the information I request. Packaing and handling however still need a lot o improvement. In the order all of the 4 boxes where damage on delivery.My logistics service send me pictures of the broken boxes, and I had to ask the to tape them before arrival to avoid any more damage and the risk of loosing any part. On delivery , when they gave me de boxes, I received a part that fell of the broken box of one of the benches. I understand you are offerings value prices, but packaging & can be value and of good quality. You need to improve the way you pack and deliver your item. All that aside, I am happy with the items i bought and the quality matches the price.”

“Very good product, very sturdy and solid. Titan ceiling mounted pull-up bar. Secured to rafters with lag screws. Always leary about something that does not bolt all the way through, but this feels very solid and I am 280 lbs.”

“Much sturdier than I thought it would be, not that complicated to assemble. I would recommend upgrading the lat bar and getting the additional tricep attachment and screwing it down, since I have a concrete floor I used tapcons. I shopped for a long time for this type of machine, even scoured the second hand market and all I saw was rusted up and damaged equipment and in the end found that getting a new machine was the right choice.”
