“Received bench with missing part, and have had no progress or shipping of missing part in two weeks. I get a million adds from them but nothing else. Product seems high quality as it sits in pieces. The after purchase support is disappointing. The high quality of these products does not appear to extend beyond the point of purchase. Now I'm stuck with a product that I guess at some point in the future they will resolve when the time is right for them.”

“It meets my needs and is well built.. I am 79 years old and have lifted since I was 12. My legs need the work out but I cannot hold a bar on my back to squat. This bar lets me work the legs along with the leg press I bought off of you. So thank you.”

“I purchased the Titan Reverse Hyper and the Wall and Rack Mounted Pulley Tower (Short 80.5"). Both products have functioned exactly as expected, with no issues. Assembling the equipment can be a bit tricky, but overall, Titan's products are essential for anyone who values quality and safety in their home gym.”

“Most of my home gym equipment is from Titan and built around my T-3 squat rack. I have quite a few Titan accessories, including barbells, lever arms and more. I recently added a Smith machine attachment to the rear uprights, providing another level of flexibility. If I had to do it again, I would use Titan without hesitation.”

“I had some difficulties with my order and I was able to call in and get it all sorted out. Sales rep was awesome and worked with me to ensure I got the product I had hoped to get before the sale had ended. Machine is great (wish the instructions were a little clearer and the parts labeled but its easy enough to figure out). And for anyone wondering, HSA is accepted which was awesome.”

“Excellent value for the $$. I’ve ordered 4 products for my garage gym and all are well constructed and comfortable to use. Shipping time was earlier than expected on all deliveries. The only problem was a couple of boxes had been damaged with one part being slightly bent. Overall, very satisfied and looking forward to ordering again!”
