“Works as advertised! Pro’s: Built sturdy, seems indestructible, works perfectly, allows for your bench press lift to start right above chest, helps with my shoulder arthritis. Improvement areas: create better directions, a link to video directions would be best, include what each hole does because it took trial and error to see which hole adjustment increases the range of motion, increase hook size”
