“All equipment came in in a timely manner. My plate loaded functional trainer is extremely smooth, and stable during all variations of work outs. My T3 rack with spotter arms was easy to assembly and is a pleasure to use,”

“Made a mistake during ordering. Absolutely appalling that in 2026 you cant 1) change payment on an order 2) cancel an order- there.are phones which is faster than email 3) Took 6 phone calls and over an hour of phone wait time, 8 hrs went by once on a call back. 4) 2 pieces of equipment arrived with threading that wouldn't work so the stuff is still sitting waiting on replacement parts. I would give a 1 star but if the equipment isnt defective its actually pretty good. Your customer service is horrendous and your antiquated system of doing orders. Do better or dont. Your ratings will reflect soon enough”

“I’m extremely happy with this exercise equipment. The build quality is solid and it feels very sturdy and stable during workouts. It was also easy to assemble, with clear instructions that made the setup process quick and straightforward. Since adding it to my routine , it has made my workouts much more effective and convenient. I love being able to exercise at home without needing to go to the gym. “X-3 half rack is very well built and sturdy. It’s nice that it doesn’t need to be bolted down, I was unable to even rock it or move it while doing pull ups without extra weighs added. The performance bench is very nice. I’ve seen complaints on it rocking, but I righted it down with a torque wrench and it doesn’t move at all. Customer service was excellent!”

“Fits more than 5-50. Fits 5-60. liked it so much I bought a second one for my 65-100. My gym looks clean. Titan has yet to let me down. I'll keep spending money here.”

“Great investment for home gym. I was able to put it together by myself although it was supper heavy. The packet was missing a washer but was easy to replace. Overall, super happy with my purchase. If I had to say one negative thing, I wasn’t noticed when it shipped and was only notified the day off which was a bit inconvenient.”

“My titan set up is: T2 Rack, the elite flat bench, performance barbell, preacher curl station and olympic ez bar. I love all of it. I started lifting 2 years ago at 43 and have never been this strong in my whole life and I know a lot of it has to do with consistency, but if I didn't have the right gear I wouldn't be progressing at this rate.”
