“Marrs bar 2.0 is excellent. My shoulders are compromised from overuse and injury and I prefer to do a low bar squat. It’s max load is 400 Lbs and that is fine for me. I was only going to buy either from Rogue or Titan. Rogue was going to ship in 4-6 weeks with a fee of around $100. Titan had free expedited shipping to NJ and I received it in 3 days. Thank you for excellent service.”

“Pretty fast shipping, but for assembly of equipment it would be nice to have physical paper manuals you can flip through and easily decipher. The online manual just doesn’t feel very intuitive and I think the user experience needs to be better accounted for in the assembly of the products. If I have to go to a YouTube video to get better directions for assembly then that takes me away from the Titan ecosystem. Users need to feel like the company has a good handle on how to teach others how to assemble their products easily and efficiently.”

“My wife and I have a fully loaded home gym with equipment from a mix of the major home gym equipment brands - a good portion of that mix is Titan! Titan's gear is always solid, affordable, and is delivered quickly! Also, their customer service resolved an issue I had with a piece of equipment that had been shipped to my house by quickly shipping me replacement parts at no extra cost. I am constantly looking to expand and improve upon our home gym...Titan will always be a part of those expansion and improvement efforts!”

“Received my items quickly, that’s the only positive. - 25 lb cast iron plates arrived with metal “spillage” all over the back side (did they send me scratch and dent? I paid for “new”. Was told “it’s normal and part of the casting process. Smh. - incline bench had defective hardware so was unable to fully assemble (m8 locking but wasn’t machined). I went to local hardware store and purchase a replacement to hold me over until sent a new one. New one was sent out but it was silver (not black like originally purchased) and support said “we ran out of black so this is all we have” smh. I mentioned I’d like to return the defective items and they said I’m liable for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. FOR THEIR ERRORS! Smh. Nope! Then they said if I decided to keep their junk I can receive a $9 refund for the defective cast iron plates. SMH. Lesson learned. I got what I paid for. Junk. Go with Rogue and spend a little more. Titan Fitness is the Payless shoe store of fitness equipment. Bow i know!”
