“It’s a good, solid piece. Also it’s very smooth. I only wish the seat went back just a few inches more, as I’m a taller athlete. I feel like it would be a bit more comfortable for my feet in the foot bracket”

“It is very rare that I provide a review that is low. The sole reason for my two star review is customer service. I purchased a weight bench that retails for about $450. Certainly among some of the higher end in price point out benches that are out there. I got one because my personal trainer has one and I trusted his recommendation. However, the logo on the bench is crooked. Like crooked enough so you would see it the second that you looked at it and walked in my little home gym. It looks like I bought it at a manufacturers mistake sale. I contacted customer service and after being transferred through 2 to 3 different teams for review, I was offered a discount on a FUTURE PURCHASE. So basically you apologize for what happened to me, wouldn’t do anything to make it better and want me to buy more from you, the company that has disappointed me. I will not recommend this brand to anyone. And there will be a lot of people seeing my home Jim because we have house guests all the time.”
