“One of the sturdiest pull up bars I have ever used and a great product. Shipped relatively quickly. Not a challenge to install but I would encourage getting stronger/higher quality mounting tools than the ones that come with. Also, the grip can sometimes tough on the hand for some - would encourage getting workout gloves to wear while using”

“I own a lot of titan fitness items and I’ve always been happy with their products. Unfortunately the two items I just purchased had very noticeable scratches that seemed to be done carelessly while packing for shipping. I tried to contact customer service through their chatbot on the website and was told I would be contacted but that never happened. Don’t want to pay a twenty percent restocking fee and go thru all of that hassle. Disappointing”

“I received a bar with damaged knurling down one side. I sent a message with pictures requesting a replacement or a partial refund. The message assured me that the email was received but I never received a response. I also called many times during business hours but nobody ever picked up the phone. I really like the bar but I am not happy with it being damaged. I am also not happy with Titan’s customer service.”

“For not braking the bank it’s fine. The welds could certainly be better. And the quality control before it goes out the door could improve, the power coating was bubbled in a large section on the bottom. Titan did offer a 10% refund.”

“Great product Highly recommend it, only thing is it needs would be a longer rope, which I was able to replace the 14 foot with a 50 foot 1.5 dia. rope on it, I know its really set up for a gym ,but I have mine in a building and it works great.”
