“This is a review on Titan Fitness refund experience. Here's a warning to anyone using a debit card. DON'T. I cancelled an order within 5 minutes of placing it but the transaction went through immediately. That was July 24,2026. It is now September 8. Mind your I never received the products nor were they even shipped. Their refund policy states they issue refunds on cancelations within 10 business days. The refund policy is more like giving you the runaround. When I processed the purchase, I didn’t mean to use my debit card. and that’s why I canceled within five minutes, not knowing I was gonna go through this whole nightmare.”

“Very easy to put together (with 2 people). Had a contractor install the anchor drills into concrete for me. I have a water bag hanging from it and have been using it often and it works great. Minimal noise and movement. Would recommend.”
