“I’m very happy with the Titan power rack. I built in a pulley system on my rack and it is the center piece of my garage gym. As an avid weightlifter in my late 50’s I am grateful for the design and utility of my power rack.”

“Moved up from torpedo style handles where the plates are inline. These are a huge step up, and the overall quality is solid. I’ve loaded 250 per handle with no issues. Also, past shipping and quality issues I’ve had appear to be longer a problem. Titan has really come a long way.”

“EZHex bar sent out without J handles and a damaged plastic cap. Took a while (more than an hour with delays in callbacks) to actually talk with customer service. Once Maria got to the mess; J handles were promptly sent out. Extremely quick shipping. I’m satisfied other than there were no handles sent out in the first place (box was marked “-Repackaged -Retail”. Makes me wonder about quality control at Titan Fitness’ shipping department. I would highly recommend checking accuracy of parts sent out and numbers of parts.”

“The bench seems to be built well but the pre-assembled part was missing a bushing on the leg part. I need to get this replaced before it can be used. This really makes a quality product "shine" much less. I really feel I should not even use it until this is fixed. There was no real way to email about this so I need to call and try and get this fixed, an extra step I should not have to take”
