“Absolutley HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased $1800 in equipment...had to cancel the order and still haven't received my refund. It's been close to 20 days. They say 7-10 days for the refund to clear...Still waiting...”

“Both items arrived in a very timely manner one item arrived damaged. I was able to have it resolved within 4 or 5 days they issued me a 50% refund because the item was still usable. Which I actually was surprised about because it was a scratch and dent item to begin with. The shipping damage was pretty extensive but it absolutely was usable and they were correct in that assessment. I am very impressed with their customer service and the quality of the items I received, admittedly I'm a little biased I had a lot of Titan fitness equipment in my last home gym as well. Would absolutely buy from them again.”

“Vest fits great. Ive got big shoulders and these are never comfortable but this one is great. I’ve got 50lbs in it and no pinching on the shoulders. This is going to get a lot of miles real quick! Absolutely love it.”

“Came with no hardware. When I called about it 10 days ago, I was told it was my fault for not paying $25 for shipping insurance, but they’d do a 1 time courtesy and send the hardware. It’s been a month since I ordered it, and still haven’t been able to use it and have no resolution. I’ve also emailed a followup after 5 days from the call (5 days ago) and have gotten no response. This past week, I’ve bought a few other items for my gym and I definitely went elsewhere because this is terrible service. Do yourself a favor and just buy from a reputable manufacturer like Rogue.”

“The hyperextension bench is a great value. It is perfect and heavy-duty enough for home use. As a suggestion, the foot platform's heel lip could be increased to prevent potential slippage. This is more likely a problem when using a couple of plates during the movement. However, I love the bench, and it was a very simple fix for me to add length to the lip with a piece of plywood screwed into it. I would recommend this product for any home gym.”
