“I recently purchased a Elite Series Adjustable FID Bench, it is sturdy enough with decent materials but it wasn't constructed very well. The alignment of the welded pieces are not straight. This is especially noticeable on the main swing arm that fits into the various height slots. I have to push it to the side to make it fit into the slots. I could return the item, but it might not be worth the hassle.”

“Titan fitness makes thoughtfully designed fitness equipment at a fair price, often substantially cheaper than competitors such as Rogue or Rep and offering items that they do not make. In turn, you run the risk of the following: 1. The vast majority of large items will show up poorly packaged in boxes that are falling apart, items are often exposed and scratched substantially during shipping. In fact, I believe 90% of the items that I have ordered from Titan have arrived damaged. 2. Customer service will never offer to replace the item, instead they offer 10% off. 3. The paint and finish will have multiple defects. There may be rust on the items. Other than that, if you are looking to save money on heavy-duty equipment that you cannot find at Rep/Rogue at all OR for a good price, AND you don't care about cosmetic damage and seeing your item protruding from the shipping box when it arrives, then they are a good company.”
