“I have been a loyal customer of Titan for some years now and yet now I will never purchase anything from them again. Their customer service is absolutely horrific! Recently I purchased a landmine attachment as well as a "scatch and dent" linebacker attachment. The landmine attachment was advertised to go with my T2 rack yet there is no way that it can function properly when attached and Titan should not advertise it as such. I tried using the extra "T2 Rack Spacer Bushing" yet it still does not work. The holes in the rack are about 12 inches off the floor and a landmine attachment should be at floor level. Again, Titan should know this. I also realize that when you purchase a "scratch and dent" item you can't return it but that is what I knew in advance. The Linebacker attachment, which I am assuming was returned by someone, was in rough shape. The bolts were stripped and the item was definitely scratched and dented yet Titan took this item back from someone. When I tried to return the landmine attachment I was given such a run around from one dept to another. They asked for pictures to see if they can help but I had none because I didn't want to monkey around and destroy the attachment to get it to fit (which while it may "fit" in the holes, it does not work!!!). Finally, when I received an email from the actual section of the company that can help with returns I was told there is a 20% restocking fee!!! I have to pay the return to Titan but OK that is sometimes the case but for real?!? 20%!!! I will NEVER buy another item from Titan and will ensure none of my friends, family, colleages or customers buy anything either!”

“Love the new hack squat/leg press machine! The assembly was easier than expected, it works great, and how quick it was delivered blew my mind. I started out on a Rogue Rack but my garage gym is slowly turning into a Titan factory ha. Love the brand!”

“I have a lot of machines, racks, and bars from Titan. Their racks are amazing, their bars are okay, and their machines are great. I have been beating my T-2 rack for 5 years now and it has no signs of wear.”

“It's great for 2-foot glute bridges. What I'd love from these things, is if they could slide in/out to different lengths for using just 1 foot. Also, maybe some rubber/non-slip material for both grip and comfort. Also wish the bolts auto locked at the right tightness to get the wheels right without any trial and error. But it gets the job done!✅”

“After a week, I’d say it’s fine. Does the job; the chest support pad is too thin, the grips move but I can push myself as hard as I need on it. Assembly instructions are atrocious.”
