“They swapped the price $400 lower a few days after my purchase. I waited months for it to be in stock. Asked for a price adjustment, they honored way less than the price drop. Claimed they don't accept coupons on the sale price but they do. Sent a screenshot of the checkout accepting the coupon to the support rep and they would not honor the difference. Asked for a manager, as they were getting slighty condescending, they said management would say the same thing and I've yet to hear back. The seat back only stays in the farthers back position because the locking mechanism doesn't work based on the build.”

“This is a really great addition to any home Gym. It is compact efficient and looks good. The only thing I would point out is that an upgrade to this machine would be to find a way for this machine to be more sturdier in the front because if you’re not sitting on the machine and you’re doing the shoulder press, the machine tends to tilt back. Obviously a fix is to drill in the front legs to the concrete. But not everybody wants to make holes in the garage.”

“Nice piece of equipment. I am older and seated / static exercise is great. It is very comparable to high end commercial equipment with adjustments. I also purchased a functional trainer. Very pleased with both pieces.”

“This was my first time ordering directly from Titan Fitness, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, product information was clear, and checkout was quick and straightforward. Communication throughout the process was great. I received order confirmations and shipping updates without having to wonder where my order was, and everything arrived on time and well-packaged. The bench was protected during shipping, and all of the hardware was included. What impressed me most was how seamless the entire experience felt. There were no surprises, no missing parts, and no issues with delivery. From placing the order to assembling the bench, everything went exactly as it should. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Titan Fitness again. Great products are important, but great customer experience matters too, and Titan delivered on both.”

“About Titan Fitness as a company you should definitely do better. I purchased your $2800 leg extension and hamstring curl machine and the part numbers in the assembly instructions did not match what was shipped. I called your customer service once I broke through the language differences they finally understood what was wrong. I worked through the instructions by looking at the pictures. Now if this was review of the machine I love it but this is about Titan so you are three out five stars”
