“Received my GHD / Back Extension with hardware sizes that didn’t match the poorly written assembly instructions. Currently waiting for the customer service department to be open again to try to get replacement hardware that matches the installation instructions. Plastic end caps were pre assembled when the item was unboxed and also damaged, so likely to have corrosion early on due to metal on metal contact on sliding pieces. Overall disappointed with the experience.”

“An ok piece of equipment. One of the wheels on one of the platforms came broken. Tried to get in contact with the company without any success. Tried calling and stayed on the same menu for about 15 minutes. Called again, same problem. Sent an email to the information card with no avail.”

“Product arrived in short time securely packaged. Took me a little while to assemble with no issues except for 2 hex bolts missing. No problem went to HomeDepot got them. All us good now and back to training. Thx Titan team”

“I was not able to get a bolt into a stud on anything but the main horizontal stud and one other section because of the spacing of the holes. The drywall anchors included are not sufficient for weight bearing but stay in place. But for $50 bucks it holds 2 barbells and 300 of bumper plates well and organizes some bands and clips well. Happy with it maily because of price.”

“I love the machine and it was fairly easy to put together with help. My one concern is there is no owners manuel that tells you how to maintain the machine, only an assembly manual. I would think for $2800 you would get an owners manual. It also came with a small bottle of liquid (I assume it's oil). No where is the bottle listed or instructions on what to do with it. Thank you”

“Just bought the Titan Funtional Trainer after a friend of mine recommended it. Bought one had it put together and now I am enjoying it. Love how easy it is to use and how well made it is with all the parts being metal versus plastic like other gym equipment.”
