“I purchased the titan leg press hack squat machine in 2022. While I love it, the pop pin breaks frequently and titan doesn’t keep replacement parts stocked (maybe because it breaks all the time??) the most recent time they told me to check back for the part in 3-4 weeks. In my experience it has taken that long to receive the replacement part. Meaning 2 months of a useless machine. Just keep that in mind. It says it hold up to 1000 lbs. I’ve never used more than 500-600. Very disappointing.”

“Ordered this machine November 27,2025 and today is December 22,2025 and still don't have my machine. Had a computer error on there end and they couldn't fix it: I have all the messages to show they have no fast way to fix a problem you have. It's been 4 days of me messaging then multiple times and no response back. Even contacted the supervisor Brittney multiple times and no response. Quick to take your money but not quick to help you out when you have a problem.”
