“Fraudulent practices. Really horrendous customer service. I reported issues with two products (14 and 20 lb Soft Leather Medicine Wall Ball), and they told me "that's how the product is designed" despite my safety concerns. Further, they make it literally impossible to write a review of the products so that it appears they are "5 star products." I will never purchase any of their products again.”

“I have generally liked Titan Fitness' products and own several of their items but was recently discouraged by their customer service due to misleading product specifications for a purchase that I recently made. Effectively their product required a very non-standard specific accessory that wasn't made clear to the purchaser. While their product description for a certain item was incomplete and misleading they didn't try to make things right by acknowledging the mistake and offering a $30 discount for the required accessory.”

“Fit perfectly on my T2 rack. The 4 pack is so handy.I have 2 on each side which makes adding weight so convenient. Better than lifting from the floor or having plates roll around. The added weight stabilizes the rack.”

“I purchased both the 40 lb and 50 lb weighted vests from Titan Fitness, and they've exceeded my expectations. I use the 40 lb vest for my weekly hikes and the 50 lb vest for strength training. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to add or remove the weight blocks. If I want to go heavier, I can move blocks from the 40 lb vest to the 50 lb vest to make it a 60 lb vest. I've owned several weighted vests over the years, and these are by far the most comfortable. The weight is well balanced, the materials are high quality, and the overall construction feels built to last. I highly recommend these vests to anyone looking for a durable, versatile, and comfortable weighted vest.”

“The product I ordered on 6/5 was apparently damaged during shipping so it was sent back to Titan before it came to my house. I had to wait until 6/24 to submit a claim for it to be replaced even though the tracking info clearly showed that the package was sent back to sender. I finally was able to request for the product to be replaced on 6/24, and it’s supposedly been ordered but hasn’t shipped yet. At this point it’s going to be well over a month between the time I initially placed the order and get my product, if it ever arrives.”
