“When my old hex bar could no longer support the weight I was lifting, I decided the next one would be built to last a lifetime. Titan’s rackable hex bar has exceeded every expectation. It is incredibly well constructed, perfectly balanced, easy to use, and simple to load and unload. I have complete confidence that it will support the next stage of my lifting goals—and whatever comes after that. I honestly could not have made a better purchase. It’s worth every penny, and the shipping and service were phenomenal. This is why I continue buying from Titan. At this point, my garage gym looks like a Titan outlet store. Thanks for being great, Titan!”

“Love the product! Hated the shipping experience. The roman chair I purchased seems like great quality for the price. My issue is with the shipping. The box it was shipped in was so badly damaged it was almost comical. There were rips and damage on every side of the box. I was sure I would be shipping it back due to damage or missing parts. This being my first time ordering from Titan, I'm glad I forked over the $11 for the shipping insurance. The disclaimer was clear as I checked out that any damage from shipping was not going to be Titan's responsibility. After inspection, the damage was cosmetic to a couple of pieces. When I filed a claim requesting replacement parts, I was told my option was to receive a 50% refund on the entire purchase price for cosmetic damage. Overall, happy with the equipment (and the settlement), but wish the shipping experience had been better.”

Hi! Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of the Roman Chair and that we were able to reach a satisfactory resolution for the cosmetic damage. We’re sorry the shipping experience was less than ideal. We understand how concerning it must have been to receive a package in that condition, and we appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the claims process. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team as we continue working to improve the shipping experience. Thank you for choosing Titan Fitness!

“I appreciate the shipping reliability. I also like being able to see the price up front with shipping already included; it reduces sticker shock at checkout. I wish coupons could be applied to include sale items. The workmanship of Titan products continues to improve. Keep up the good work. Over 90% of my garage gym is Titan.”

“I mainly use these kettlebells for leg day and they’ve been great. They’re perfect for squats, lunges, deadlifts, and other lower body exercises. They feel sturdy, well made, and comfortable to hold. I’ve been really happy with the quality and would definitely recommend them for home workouts.”

“Titan Fitness is a company that you watch a lot of reviews on the product so its not a dud and you only buy on sale. If you do those two things its a fine company. If you don't you will not have a good experience.”
