“V3 cable tower arrived as advertised. Shipping was very fast. Was concerned about the pulleys from watching reviews, all pulleys were upgraded from plastic to metal and spun freely.”

“I have several pieces of Titan gear in my home gym, from two half racks/squat stands, to a selectorized lat pulldown, to spacialty bars, loading pins and other smaller pieces. Everything I've bought has been sturdy, decent quality, and functioned perfectly, for a much lower price point than the "premier" brands. It's also nice to know that shipping is already factored in. I always hate putting together a cart on other sites, only to see the price jump 50% at checkout due to LTL freight or something. My next purchase will likely be to turn our second squat stand into a half rack, but I'm trying to figure out how to add tall uprights for the half rack, as they're currently only available in the shorter size.”

“Titan fitness equipment is affordable but durable, my local gym uses a lot of their equipment. After looking online at prices, since they offer free shipping on basically all orders even free expedited shipping on larger orders it beats many other “cheap” options online.”

“I’ve bought quite a bit of Titan gear over the years, and overall I think they fill a really important space in the home gym world. Their products are definitely a step above the super cheap, no-name brands you find floating around online. The steel feels solid, welds are generally good, and the equipment is built to actually be trained on — not just to look good in photos. At the same time, they’re leagues lower in cost than some of the higher-tier competitors like REP or Bells of Steel. For someone building a serious home gym without spending commercial-gym money, that balance matters. You’re not paying boutique prices, but you’re also not getting bargain-bin junk. That middle ground is honestly why I keep coming back. And when I’ve had issues — which happens with any company — they’ve made it easy to fix. I really appreciate that they offer a texting option. You can email, sure, but being able to text support and actually get a response back quickly makes a difference. I’ve had situations resolved through text without jumping through hoops, and that kind of accessibility goes a long way. For me, Titan has been about value: solid equipment at a fair price, with customer service that’s reachable when you need it.”

“Product showed up damaged, reached out, received no reply or acknowledgement. At the end of the day product works, and not worth the return process, but getting zero response is not something I'm happy about as a customer who has bought quite a bit from you guys.”

“I will tell you I’ve ordered a handful of items from Titan and I was extremely impressed with the speed of shipping and the delivery service provided majority of the contents came all at once and only a few items separate. Overall build of their power racks are solid. I would highly recommend from a cost and durability side this being a great option for a home gym start up. I will tell you Customer service helped me out when I had needed replacement bolts and I thank them for their prompt response. I love the red color power rack as I can really make it my own and personalize my set up I think this is important when building a home gym as this is our place to clear our minds. I would also like to know how they consistently update me on where my package is and when to expect. Lastly assembly was a breeze very simple and great instructions. I love how thick the m16 bolts are and this makes me feel safe when going heavy on rack.”
