“From placing the order to shipping the order, and then finally receiving it. I realized how quick and easy the whole process was. After receiving my Titan T2 Series Power Rack, the packing was well put together and made unpacking and setup very easy. Especially for a first time purchasing anything like this for my home gym.”

“Good quality everything is great, shipping, website products, all of it. The bag is amazing. My only form of constructive criticism is the amount of emails sent for advertising. I understand why but it may be more effective just a few times a month instead of the frequency you are currently at because at this point I'm just swiping and not reading but at first I was reading them. Honestly I'm pretty broke so I can't buy too much stuff so maybe this opinion is just because I'm poor lol. But I'm here to say that your doing extremely well and the most important things that a company should focus on, your focusing on at the highest pinnacle. So I want to thank you for your integrity. It means a lot to me to find a company with this much forward focusing intensity.”

“Recently purchased a 1.25 pull up bar for my X3 squat rack. I ended up ordering a bar for the Titan line rack, which did not fit I subsequently contacted customer service and requested to simply return the bar for replacement with the correct one. Unfortunately, customer service advised me that I would not only have to pay for return shipping, but it would also have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I’m was long-term Titan fitness customer but after this I’ll never purchase from them again. The bar was 70 or 80 bucks and after paying for shipping and the “restocking fee“ it just wasn’t worth it. Yes, I know the fine print stipulates that you have to pay for return shipping however, in several similar experiences with rogue, instead of making me return a part, they would just ship me out a new one without any hassle. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“The product and box were delivered damaged. I sent pictures via email. I asked to replace just the one damaged part, but after a series of emails I was directed to return the whole item. Seems like it would be easier just to return the one damaged part and get a new part. The qualities seems nice but kind of a hassle dealing with Customer Service. So I’m gonna send back the old one and re-order a new one. They never offered to replace the item.”

“Exactly what I was looking for in my home gym for box jumps. I'm a female in my mid-50's and needed something that wouldn't crush my shins if I didn't quite make the jump. (haha). It's very sturdy, holds weight and I like that I can easily flip it around for different heights. Totally recommend.”

“Item arrived with damage. Contacted customer service. Ask for touch up paint or replacement part. Refused to do either…offered me $23 refund. Equipment is sturdy and high quality, but unwilling to address damaged items. Tried to resolve my issue but basically no help from Titan. I would not buy anything complex from them.”
