“I am 6’ 4” tall, 230lbs I lift regularly. I got burned by GMWD with a machine and have been on the defense about buying none commercially after that. This machine is good. Plenty of room in the adjustments for the seat. If you do rear delt work with it you will need to watch YouTube and get the hack that everyone uses for the positioning pin super easy to do and you get more ROM out of it. Other than that the machine works and is affordable. Plate wise I use metal 2” and I put 3, 45’s on each side and have room still but your talking about 6 plates total and not everyone has that many plates available to them. I can still get a good workout if I went less plates and the amount I put on there is not my max rep just a solid working weight for me to do my reps and feel it in the chest.”
