“The only issues I had were during installation. Instructions were really vague, and some of the items were not labeled which required me to guess where something went a lot more than I wanted”

“The order process was good. The shipping process didn’t go so well. FedEx had one incorrect number on the address and it took 3 phone calls (one from them to me and two from me to them) in order to straighten it out. In the end it took an extra week to receive the product. Not Titans fault, but annoying. I have not been able to assemble and use the bench as of yet.”

“Equipment is nice, well constructed and packaged for delivery. Only 4 stars selected for the Assisted Dip/Pull-up Machine would be more solid and smooth if a bearing system vs the caster system was used. The plate loaded track tends to occassionally stick or drag during use...I just consider this extra resistance, but this is an improvement to consider.”

“Bench itself is worthy of 5 stars. Super solid. Knock it down a star for packaging of materials. All bolts, nuts, and washers of different sizes were thrown into a single plastic bag with no reference to the label given in the assembly instructions. Wouldn’t have been a problem but there were no less than 9 or 10 different size bolts some within 5mm of each other in length making it difficult to guarantee you used the correct one at first glance. It took longer sorting and counting these than the entire assembly itself.”

“Good price for a good quality sled. Shipping was very fast. The assembly manual had a couple errors that made it take a little more time to build, but overall, I'm very happy!”

“Product damaged in shipping. One of the handle grips is partially torn and the other arm"cap" was damaged. Does not effect the function of the dip bars. I'm very pleased with the purchase other than the shipping issue. Have been using since delivery and am quite pleased. Well worth the money.”

“Solid equipment and shipping was very fast. Could use better assembly instructions and the cable for the lat pulldown uses an extender for the 90” height rack, so it limits the travel of the cable. This limits my ability to do side raises. Ill need to find a longer cable.”

“Love the pricing and quailty of the equipment. Just wish instructions for assembly was better. Even with scan code to see instructions, it leaves you trying to figure out the correct bolts due to them no being labeled.”
