“The only negative aspect of this machine was the instructions. They took what should have been an easy and straightforward process and made it unnecessarily confusing. Referenced part numbers and details simply did not match with what was included, in some cases did not even match with other parts of the instructions, and some things (like the foot stand) were entirely omitted from the setup instructions. It's not a complicated thing to put together but it should have been so much easier. The only advantage I can see for having the instructions only be online and not included with the machine is so that Ironmaster has the opportunity to fix any errors and have the correct instructions for the specific version of the machine/included parts, so it's disappointing that none of that happened. That aside - I love this thing. After a short settling-in period where I figured out how to best place my feet and shoulders, I was able to cook my glutes and quads more than I ever. Placed a large rubber block right behind it so I can do sort of Bulgarian Split Squats, with no need to focus on not falling over I was able to get an incredible workout. Love it! Just.... do better with the instructions please!”

“While the product is great and the price can't be beat, the directions on how to attach the cables is in need of better instructions. Maybe make a YouTube video showing the setup.”

“The machine went together easily and fits great in our home gym! My only complaint is there was no hardware included to mount it to the wall! My weights fit great on it and the cables slide smoothly!”

“We were really impressed by the quality of the equipment! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because we had some issues with delivery. I reached out to the customer service line twice and they were ABSOLUTELY no help. It felt like I was speaking to someone at a call center who had little to no desire to seek a solution. That being said once I requested to speak to a manager, who obviously actually worked AT TITAN, the whole problem was resolved. She was incredibly helpful and understanding.”

“It is reasonably priced and arrived quickly. The welding could be better and the packaging was horrible. It could have been packaged and protected a lot better. My package arrived with my bar coming out of the box and the edges of the bar is self had no type of protector. My item was dented. It barely fit in the box and the edges were taped as if that would prevent the item from popping through. Even the UPS driver was baffled.”

“Ive made several personal purchases from Titan, but this time was for work. We needed a stand for calibration weights in our facility and I found that the dumbbel racks was just what we needed. I did have some address issues. The website did not like our address for some reason so I had to call and place the order. Seemed like everything was going good but come to find out the wrong address was entered on the phone so the order went to the wrong address. The carrier resolved and shipment arrived a little later but was okay. I feel like there is some type of glitch in the system if you want to check it out. Here is our address 5145 Mary Ingles Highway, Silver Grove, Kentucky 41085”

“Great products, fast shipping, packaging has improved protecting products. One small hiccup, I only received 8 nut and bolts with washers for the set up and needed 12 sets.”

“Titan flat bench—the bench is solid and built to last. The main supprt frame is rock solid. I like the design—it's east to wheel around in different locations in my gym. The 4/5 star rating was because the cushion looked as if it had been a returned part—there were hand prints on the bench and a small tear on the underside of the cushion. (Not worth the hassel of going through a return)”

“I would purchase this again because it does the job. This is a good product. However, one of the receptacle which holds one of the barbells fails to keep the bar in the horizontal plane. Looking at this one bar at an angle is somewhat annoying.”
